Mariah Carey pushed her album "Memoir of an 'Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel' and has canceled numerous promotional appearances. The album was set to be released around the same date as Whitney Houston's 'I Look to You' album. These two artists are both breed from the early 90's, has collabs with each other as well but now the internet is buzzing that she is afraid to launch her cds and it being shelved and rated as worst. She's afraid to go head to head against Whitney. Hey who wouldn't be? Others are saying that she just hasn't completed it yet.

It's no secret that both artist are very talented but Whitney has not lost her momentum. She left for few years came back and still had her fan base. She released two single : Million Dollar Bill and I Look To You, both have receive generally good reviews and it seems like she is just a Brand new woman, coming up from a drug addiction and a divorce. It seems like Whitney has a message to share with us while we have Mariah Carey who woke up a sleeping beast, Eminem, to create a buzz which for some reason has receive good reviews, i personally think is pure trash. Besides this we haven't heard anything. We've seen how bad Def jam do to artists, Janet, Christina Milian and the list continues. I'm not too sure why she decided to come out with another album so soon. I have to admit the last one didn't have what it takes comparing to the previous ones.
